My Story

Hello, I'm Claire Taylor.

In 2013, years of striving caught-up with me and I got burnt-out.  It showed-up as chronic digestive symptoms, food allergies, panic-attacks, brain-fog and insomnia.

After trying over forty ways to get well I was on the verge of giving-up. Then, I noticed that my symptoms were related to stories I was telling myself that got me churned-up.

I learned that feeling peaceful and happy is our true nature and the source of our well-being. I call that well-spring 'deliciously nourishing'.

The Deliciously Nourishing Story blog is a smorgasbord of stories and articles on food, lifestyle and inspiration.

If you'd like to have a deliciously nourishing conversation, please get in touch.

Creatively Navigating Uncertainty
